A manufacturer of bale feeders and grapples in New Zealand has used Vesconite bushings on its bale feeders for three years, fitting 300 bale feeders with Vesconite bushings.
The feeders use a Ø 40 mm shaft that goes through the Vesconite bushings: this drives the sprockets and chain on each end of the feeder cradle.
“The bushings are so good we advertise low maintenance and a 15-year warranty on this system,” says The Feeder Leader’s owner, Terry Cameron.
“Marvellous product,” he says.
