Superclad Bearings
Many customers require special bearing sizes at short notice. To meet this need, Vesconite and Vesconite Superclad bearings are produced to order, with practically any wall thickness.

The outside of a bearing with a suitable inside diameter is wound with a cloth membrane and impregnated with an epoxy compound until the desired outside diameter is built up. Left to cure overnight, the Superclad bearing is ready for machining and despatch the next day. The resulting bearing, encased in a high strength reinforced Superclad jacket, has an extremely strong final structure, combined with the good bearing properties of Vesconite on the inside.

Choose Vesconite or Vesconite Hilube from Material, and type in outside diameter and inside diameter. Lengths returned are shown in metres.
