Vesconite bushes offer many advantages for environment friendly design and safe use.

Environment friendly
Vesconite avoids many environmental problems because oil and grease lubrication can be dispensed with. Greases and oils that are required for bronze bushes can often be eliminated, therefore the risk of leakage and contamination does not exist.

Vesconite is self lubricating and so does not require grease or oil in order to have a low friction and a long life.

Vesconite does not contain components that affect the environment during manufacture or use. This is especially necessary in Hydro Power and Marine.

Safe to use
Bushing materials must be safe to use. Bronze usually contains lead which is hazardous to health. Other bushing materials contain asbestos or other fibres that could cause respiratory problems.

Vesconite contains no lead or heavy metals or asbestos that make using, machining and handling unsafe.

Vesconite is suitable for full contact use with foods and drinking water. This is especially required in pumps.

With self lubricating Vesconite, the troublesome lubricants in food plants can be eliminated.

Vesconite is resistant to many chemicals and therefore can be lubricated by the product rather than by additional systems.
