Is the constant greasing of bronze a hassle?

Low friction

Internally lubricated Vesconite has a low friction even without grease. Vesconite without grease has half the friction of bronze that is greased.

Leaking grease damages the environment and contaminates the product. This is especially a concern in environmentally sensitive industries like Hydro Power, the food industry and the steel manufacturing industry.

Below freezing and high temperature applications make greasing difficult as greases change their characteristics at low and high temperatures. With Vesconite this problem can be solved in many applications.

Vesconite is ideal for sub-zero applications, even down to -40°C (-40°F)
