Hitemp 150
The high temperature, super tough, long life bearing material
Hitemp
150 is a low friction, long life plain bearing material designed for harsh
applications where temperatures and abrasives are a problem.
Hitemp 150 is a
temperature resistant, internally lubricated bearing material with low friction
and high abrasive wear resistance. Designed to operate continuously in dry
conditions up to 150°C (300°F), intermittently up to 170°C (340°F), and in wet
or immersed conditions up to 120°C (250°F).
Applications
Hitemp 150 is suited to a variety of applications that demand a low friction
bearing material that can withstand high temperatures, impact resistance,
abrasive wear conditions and alkalis.
Suitable applications include high
temperature and abrasive water pump bearings, impact thrust washers
