Vesconite replaces high maintenance bronze
Vesconite is self lubricating. Bronze requires constant lubrication or else rapid wear occurs. This is a problem in applications where greasing is difficult.
Vesconite carries high loads without deformation.
Vesconite
gives low wear to bushes and shafts even in dirty conditions.
Hitemp 150 is a speciality material used for applications with high temperatures and abrasive conditions.
If you have slow moving, high load bushings, Vesconite may well save the maintenance problems you experience with expensive bronze bushings.
