End Plate Bearing for Linck Board Edger
The
End Plate Bearing on a CS16 Linck Board Edger needed to be replaced but was
unobtainable.
Due to the unavailability of the 6217 Bearing required, a Vesconite bush (OD 72 mm x ID 35 mm - 17 mm long) (OD 2.83" x ID 1.4" - 0.67" long) was fitted.
This change to Vesconite resulted in the following improvements:
- Longer life - gave over twice the life of the original bearing
- Reduced lubrication
