King Pin and Centre Cone Bushes for Champion Grader
A machined Vesconite bush successfully replaced the phosphor bronze kingpin bush in this greased application.
The Vesconite bush is approximately 55 mm (2.2") outside diameter by 50 mm (2") inside diameter by 45 mm (1.8") long.
Advantages of Vesconite Bushes
- Lower cost - two thirds of the original costs of the OEM parts
- Lower shaft wear
- Longer life
- Easy to machine to required size where shaft or housing have been worn. This saves rebuilding the shafts or repairing the housing.
