Regular greasing of the phosphor bronze bush is essential.
A Vesconite bush, 190 mm (7.5") outside diameter by 175 mm (7") inside diameter and 70 mm (2.8") long was replaced phosphor bronze with satisfactory results, avoiding the regular greasing essential for the phosphor bronze bush.
