Monosem planters get a new lease of life
A special Vesconite moulding fitted as a wear
liner to Monosem planters gives longer life than the original.
The outstanding wear resistant properties of Vesconite give extended life compared to the original bronze wear surface.
Previously, when the metal surface of the seedpots on a Monosem planter wore out, it meant the costly replacement of the whole seedpot unit. Refurbishing the seedpots with Vesconite liners means that the seedpots can be re-used, which results in great savings.

Refurbishment means longer life as well as reduced maintenance costs. Vesconite bushes can also be used for the bronze centre bush and the needle bearing on the pressure wheel, which significantly reduces wear.

To repair a Monosem planter's seedpots, VescoPlastics fit and machine to size the Vesconite wear plates. This means that the replacement is performed according to precision engineering standards.
Send or deliver your planter seedpots to our Johannesburg or Virginia branches. We will replace the worn out wear surfaces with Vesconite wear plates which are then milled to an accurate fit.
We also keep a small number of refurbished seedpots for immediate exchange.
