Bush Talk #31 Dear Customer
At the same time, as our company founder so often reminds us: "The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement." Earlier this year we asked some of our customers to let us know of any problems they may have. We asked:
The replies were positive and encouraging. I take a personal and direct interest in each problem that I learn about. We cannot promise to solve each problem immediately, but we study each carefully and, where appropriate, work on long term solutions. We know that there are always opportunities to improve our products, as well as our service. Please help us in this endeavour. You may have suggestions. Please let me know how we can make it easier for you to do business with us. If our products have solved problems for you, and you are happy with our service, please recommend our products to your friends, colleagues, customers and suppliers.
