Vesconite Hilube for pump bearings
Long life, able to run dry

Vesconite Hilube has been used as the bearing material of choice in critical pumps worldwide.

Vertical turbine pumps require reliable, long life water lubricated bearings. Many bearing materials offer these properties when stable water lubrication is present. If this lubrication is interrupted or not present at start-up the results can be disastrous.  

The low friction of Vesconite Hilube gives a low friction even when running dry. Vesconite Hilube survives typical pump conditions running completely dry for well over a minute
