New Hitemp 150 fights wear in hot conditions

NEW Hitemp 150 overcomes wear problems in most high temperature applications, surviving continuous dry operating temperatures up to 150°C. 
 
In wet conditions, Hitemp 150 can operate continuously in boiling water as well as superheated water and oil up to 120°C, without any greasing.

-    is a very low friction product
-    exhibits excellent wear life
-    has good compression strength 
-    good resistance to impact.

For oven conveyors and rollers, castors and bogies in driers and ovens, hot water mixing tanks and pumps, high temperature oil pumps, washers, sterilisers and food processing equipment, and numerous other applications.

To date, extremely expensive high temperature polymers have been used to avoid metal to metal wear.  They have to be imported and are only available in a very narrow range of sizes.

NOW, Hitemp 150 can be produced in a wide range made by a South African manufacturer with world class facilities accredited to ISO 9001:2000.  We export to over 60 countries.
